Group Psychotherapy

Group psychotherapy offers a supportive environment where members can share experiences and grow through interaction.

Group therapy, like individual therapy, aims to help people who want to improve their ability to cope with and cope with the difficulties and problems of their lives more satisfactorily.

While in individual psychotherapy the person is only with one person, his psychotherapist, in group psychotherapy the session is with a group of people, and with one (or two) psychotherapists as coordinators.

Group psychotherapy creates a safe space where a small group of people with common or similar needs meet regularly to share experiences, listen to each other, and develop new interaction skills. Within a supportive framework, members learn to express themselves, receive feedback, and draw strength from the stories and challenges of those around them. This form of therapy enhances a sense of belonging, cultivates empathy and offers opportunities for practical application of skills in real time.

Topics that a team can deal with can be:

  • Stress & Stress Management
  • Autognosis
  • Parent Group
  • Grief & Loss Management
  • Anger & Conflict Management

Group psychotherapy is a unique tool for self-awareness, empowerment and self-realization. Direct communication with other people gives the opportunity for experiential learning, while at the same time contact with the life experiences of others has a therapeutic character in itself.
