About Me

Chrysa Adamantidou – Psychologist, Systemic Psychotherapist

With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (with a professional license) and further training in Child and Adolescent Psychology (University of Attica), I have dedicated my course to understanding and supporting people in various phases of their lives. My specialization in Synthetic – Systemic Psychotherapy comes from the Institute of Synthetic Systemic Psychotherapy of Thessaloniki, where I completed four years of training. Over the years, I have worked with both individual cases and couples and families, enriching my experience in therapeutic contexts that enhance connection, mutual understanding, and personal growth. Through my collaboration with adults, adolescents, parents and couples, I emphasize the uniqueness of each one, observing relationships and their dynamics as the key to meaningful change.

My approach

Synthetic systemic psychotherapy sees the human being as part of a network of relationships, where interaction with family, the couple or friends and partners shapes the way we think and feel. With a combination of ideas from psychodynamics, cognitive-behavioral and anthropocentric approaches, we create together a safe, warm environment to understand both your inner world and the dynamics around you.

Through synthetic-systemic psychotherapy, the framework of understanding of the individual is expanded and he is given the opportunity to reflect and reflect on the issues that concern him, to understand possible patterns of relationships he has developed, to explore the possibilities he may have and to discover new solutions and alternative life proposals.
